Trisomy 13
My son Joe was diagnosed at 18 weeks with Trisomy 13. I began sharing our story to find families like ours and facilities that would give him the care he needed. Joe left us on February 15, 2013. We never got to hear him cry or have him hold our hand. Our decision to give Joe every chance at life is one we don't regret for a single second. We would have liked a whole lot more time.
